- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the given territories.
- Expanding secondary network under each distributor and increase secondary sales.
- Implementation of company marketing programs and monitoring for successful completion followed by ROI.
- To plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan.
- Mentoring and motivating team to achieve the business goals.
- Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.
- Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the related business (Major auto market, OEMs, upcoming distributor, new co entering into market etc).
- Build strategic relationships with key clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.
- Maintaining the reporting system as per the organization's standard.
