We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for the role of Sales Manager AI Services (Indian Market).
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager AI Services will be responsible for driving business growth in the Indian market by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
The role demands a deep understanding of AI-driven solutions, consultative selling, and the ability to translate client needs into tailored technology offerings.
The individual will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to deal closure, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the AI services domain within the Indian market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Engage with C-level executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to position AI solutions as business enablers.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized AI service offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, credibility, and consistent value delivery.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education::
- Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech required).
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales and business development experience in the Indian technology market.
- Strong exposure to AI services, digital transformation, or advanced technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage large enterprise accounts.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and industry applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop long-term strategic client relationships.
- Proven track record in consultative/solution-based selling.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote/hybrid setups
