Description: As Manager, you will be responsible Sales in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the designated territory.

- You will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.

- Additionally, you will assist in implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing feedback to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Build & empower team of sales team.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners.

- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

- Assist in developing promotional activities to drive sales growth.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional campaigns and product launches.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.

- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements
