Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets for tyre sales volume, market share, and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, untapped customer segments, and innovative distribution channels.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to adjust strategies proactively and maintain a competitive edge. Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Growth in market share within assigned territories or segments.
- Efficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Successful execution of marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Quality and timeliness of sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualification required: Any Graduation:
- 5+ years' of sales experience
- Additional Requirement: OTR Working experiences
