Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.

- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
