Job Description Sales Leader (Future Leadership Role)

Position: Sales Leader (with potential progression to CEO role)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1015 years

Domain Expertise: Travel, Transport, Logistics, Hospitality (TTLH) & Telecom

Looking for candidates with Consultative/Solution Selling, End To End Sales, key client relationship, Sales Leadership.

Our client is a deep-tech AI company building autonomous solutions that deliver measurable outcomes across Travel, Transport, Logistics, Hospitality (TTLH) and Telecom. We are at the forefront of transforming industries through applied AI, solutioning, and innovation.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Leader with a strong background in solutioning and consultative selling within the TTLH and/or Telecom domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales today but is also ready to evolve into a strategic leadership position.

The right candidate will be groomed and mentored to eventually take on a CXO/CEO-level role within client.


Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from prospecting and pitching to closing and account growth.

- Build solution-driven proposals tailored to client needs in TTLH and Telecom.

- Develop and manage key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions with client outcomes.

- Create go-to-market strategies to expand client's footprint in TTLH and Telecom.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, showcasing leadership capabilities.

- Work closely with the leadership team on strategic growth initiatives, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.


Key Requirements

- 1015 years of sales experience, with a track record of closing large/strategic deals.

- Strong solutioning and consultative selling background in TTLH and/or Telecom (mandatory).

- Exposure to working with CXO-level clients and building trusted relationships.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and scale new opportunities.

- Strong leadership potential ability to inspire teams, think strategically, and drive outcomes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Growth Path

This role is designed for a sales professional with leadership potential. The individual will be closely mentored and given exposure to business strategy, operations, and leadership forums, with a view to transitioning into a CXO/CEO position in the future.
