Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership: Lead the sales strategy and execution to achieve aggressive revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.
2. Enterprise Sales Leadership: Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to position the HCM solution as a critical enabler of business transformation.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement scalable, data-driven sales processes from lead generation to contract closure.
4. Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and scale a robust pipeline through targeted outreach ,relationship-building, and strategic partnerships.
5. Client Acquisition: Expand the customer base through high-impact sales campaigns, personalized outreach, and consultative value-based selling.
6. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team aligned with company goals and culture.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and high client retention.
8. Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Leverage CRM and sales tools for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking to make data-driven decisions.
9. Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights and product feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product roadmap.
10. Leadership Alignment: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align sales objectives with broader business strategy and contribute to long-term growth planning
