Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Recruit, train, coach and mentor high-performing sales teams

- Analyze sales performance, market data and trends to identify growth opportunities

- Drive business expansion and improve sales effectiveness

- Stay updated on pharmaceutical market and industry trends

- Travel as required to support business objectives

Candidate Profile:

- 15-25 years of relevant experience in the Pharma industry

- Mandatory: Proven sales experience in Orthopaedics (Ortho) OR Gynaecology (Gynae)

- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office

- Willingness to travel as required

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
