If so, you're the perfect person for this Sales Leader position, with a technology services firm providing advisory assistance, managed services, and staffing support exclusively in Workday.

In this role, you will manage sales teams, lead prospecting, drive customer acquisition, and achieve growth objectives. The role provides for an incredible amount of freedom in defining your own path to meet and exceed revenue goals, giving you the chance to explore new strategies and ideas for sales funnel pipelining, referral generation, and relationship building.

Best of all, you will work as part of a tight-knit team with the extensive Workday experiences and best practices to satisfy each customer opportunity, helping you build a reputation for creating and delivering solutions that make businesses better.

Responsibilities:

- Define sales strategy to meet revenue goals

- Manage and mentor sales, marketing and business development resources

- Build, identify, and qualify pipeline of prospective clients

- Conceptualize and run marketing campaigns to generate leads

- Submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

- Develop Value Propositions and create Win Strategies

- Define Account Plans with the goal of generating incremental revenue while providing thought leadership

- Participate in conferences, professional organizations, and informal networks to develop, build, and sustain sales pipeline

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in technology staffing, managed services and/or consulting

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Must have sold technology solutions to CXOs

- Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship building skills

- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness
