Sales Leader - IT

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Lead to spearhead our IT sales initiatives in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency sales and direct sales, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.

- This role demands a strategic thinker who can build strong client relationships, manage sales pipelines effectively, and deliver results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for both agency sales and direct sales channels.

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the IT sector.

- Drive sales negotiations and close deals while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company offerings.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

- Mentor and train sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT sales, with significant exposure to agency and direct sales.

- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.

- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and sales processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
