We are seeking a Sales Leader - FinTech & Manufacturing Portfolio to drive new business growth across financial technology, digital payments and manufacturing sectors in the United States. This role focuses on opening new enterprise accounts and expanding strategic relationships, helping organizations accelerate data transformation, analytics adoption and cloud modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a high-energy hunter with strong industry relationships, capable of building pipeline and closing complex consulting engagements. This is a remote US-based role working closely with offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full enterprise sales cycle

- Build and scale the FinTech and Manufacturing industry portfolios

- Drive net-new enterprise account acquisition

- Develop strategic account entry and growth strategies

- Build a strong pipeline through outbound hunting and industry relationships

Industry Focus:

- Financial technology and digital payments platforms

- Financial services technology providers

- Mid-market and regional banks

- Automotive manufacturers

- Industrial machinery companies

- Equipment and tooling manufacturers

- Industrial automation and engineering companies

Consultative Solution Selling:

- Data & Analytics Transformation

- Cloud data platform modernization

- AI / ML enablement

- Risk, fraud and AML analytics

- Customer analytics

- Supply chain and manufacturing analytics

Stakeholders:

- CIO

- Chief Data Officer

- Chief Risk Officer

- Supply Chain and Operations leadership

Required Experience:

- 10-12 years of enterprise sales experience

- Proven success selling analytics, data or cloud consulting services

- Strong hunter mentality with new business acquisition experience

- Experience selling into FinTech, financial services or manufacturing sectors

- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives

- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles

- Experience working with offshore delivery teams

Location: Remote - United States

Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship may be available for highly qualified candidates.
