Roles and Responsibilities
Policies & Processes
- Follow commercial, pricing, and distribution policies & processes including sales funnel and demand management.
- Apply procurement and internal governance processes to ensure smooth execution without deviations.
Forecasting
- Develop and submit accurate sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Ensure CRM data remains updated and accurate.
Offers & Sales Execution
- Lead sales campaigns for assigned accounts-direct and indirect-ensuring financial goals are met.
- Lead Integrated Campaign Teams where applicable.
- Contribute to preparation of winning proposals (capture plans, sales strategies, strategic papers, win prices, customer satisfaction drivers).
- Negotiate and finalize contracts within delegated authority.
- Escalate deviations for internal approval when required.
- Ensure timely cash collection.
Customer Relationship Management
- Lead or participate in Front Office engagement for assigned accounts.
- Act as the single point of communication to customers and external stakeholders, aligned with internal teams and organizational values.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence and competitive insights.
Customer Satisfaction
- Identify and track key sales drivers impacting customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction in alignment with regional plans.
Business Development
- Work with BD teams to unlock developing/underdeveloped markets through structured strategies with milestones.
- Support implementation of regional business development initiatives and provide feedback.
Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to business ethics, compliance, and AML/KYC requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of required compliance documentation.
Offsets & Industrial Participation
- Identify local offset or industrial participation opportunities.
- Recommend guidelines and tailored solutions for industrial participation or offsets.
Asset Management
- Provide trade-in forecasts and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to re-sale planning where applicable.
Team Collaboration
- Share market and competitive intelligence to support team-wide success.
- Support combined team goals for campaign wins and strategy execution.
- Demonstrate leadership values and foster teamwork aligned with organizational culture.
Key Required Skills
- Strong sales experience in India and/or South Asian markets.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing winning sales strategies.
- Prior exposure to the aviation/aerospace sector is preferred.
- Prior experience in selling ultra-luxury cars
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience managing high-value contracts.
- Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to delivery.
