Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Leader with strong expertise in solutioning and consultative selling across any domain.

This is not just a sales role - it's a future leadership pipeline. The selected candidate will be mentored and groomed for a CXO/CEO-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles - prospecting, pitching, closing & growth

- Build solution-driven proposals tailored to client needs

- Develop & nurture CXO-level relationships for long-term partnerships

- Collaborate with Product & Delivery teams to ensure client success

- Lead go-to-market strategies & expansion initiatives

- Mentor & guide junior sales team members

- Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of strategic/enterprise sales with large deal closures

- Proven expertise in solutioning & consultative selling

- Ability to engage & manage CXO-level stakeholders

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership & growth orientation

- Leadership potential with strong strategic & people skills

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
