Responsibilities :
Outreach and pipeline building :
- Build and maintain a targeted account list of US healthcare buyers, health systems, digital health startups, payers, and mid-market providers
- Run outbound campaigns using AI and automation tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, n8n, or similar), you are expected to be the operator, not the requester
- Manage inbound leads and respond with speed and personalisation
- 25+ new prospects added to CRM every week. This is a baseline, not a stretch target
Discovery, demo, and proposal :
- Run discovery calls that uncover real pain not just product pitches
- Deliver sharp, use-case-specific demos independently
- Write and send proposals tailored to each buyer's context
- Follow up with discipline - every lead has a next step and a date in CRM
Relationship and nurture :
- Build genuine relationships with prospects - know their context, their priorities, and the human behind the title
- Use newsletters, content, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and personal outreach to stay warm without being pushy
- Engage with US-based sales partner (Lysander) for co-selling on key deals and closure support
Closure and revenue :
- Own deals from first contact to signed contract
- Negotiate commercials with support from the CEO where needed
- $1M ARR annual target - broken into quarterly milestones
Reporting and CRM :
- Weekly report submitted every Monday - activity numbers, pipeline status, top deal, blocker - without being asked
- CRM updated same day for every interaction - calls, demos, emails, WhatsApp
- Pipeline stages accurate at all times - CEO should be able to read the pipeline without asking for a briefing
