
We are currently retained by a leading FinTech startup to hire a Sales Lead for Tax and Compliance Platform.
We're looking for seasoned B2B/Enterprise sales leader to drive growth for theTax & Compliance platform. If you thrive at the intersection of finance, tech, and enterprise sales - this is your next big move.
Please Note: This role need someone with a self-starter mindset - someone who hustles, adapts quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sales to C-suite executives, business heads, and Chartered Accountants
- Deliver consultative solutions aligned with clients' tax and compliance needs
- Expand market presence and unlock new revenue opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the finance ecosystem
- Work closely with product teams to shape offerings based on market insights
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS
- Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance frameworks, and financial workflows
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Comfort with tax tech and compliance automation tools
- Hustle mindset with the ambition to scale a business line from the ground up
