Position Objective: Our Early Career division specializes in vocational training, skilling, and job-readiness courses for students across Tier 2/3 cities in India. Drive revenue growth for our Early Career business unit through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, governments, and channel partners. The role involves leading a pan-India sales and BD team and developing scalable business models to expand our reach in emerging markets. Role Responsibilities: - Own and deliver monthly and annual revenue targets for the Early Career business - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Universities, Colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and corporate partners - Develop and execute strategic sales and growth plans to penetrate new markets and segments - Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers and channel partners - Create innovative partnership models suitable for Tier 2/3 markets and some selective Tier 1 markets - Work closely with marketing, product, and corporate alliance teams to align offerings with market needs - Drive digital adoption of learning solutions across partner networks - Establish systems and processes for scalable growth Required Experience & Skills: - Experience in education/skilling sector sales with a proven track record - Experience in selling B2B2C education/training solutions to institutions - Strong understanding of the vocational training and skills development ecosystem - Demonstrated success in building and managing channel partner networks - Experience in scaling businesses in Tier 2/3 markets - Strong digital orientation and comfort with ed-tech platforms - Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills - Ability to travel extensively across India (40-50%) - Prior experience working with government skill development initiatives is a plus Leadership Competencies: - Strategic thinking and business acumen - Strong team building and mentoring abilities - Data-driven decision-making approach - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in dynamic environments Other Responsibilities: - Live the core values of the organization by demonstrating an ownership mindset, innovation at work, and engaging all stakeholders effectively. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
