Sales Lead - Security Products - 18+ Years - Mumbai

An exciting opportunity to join as Sales Lead - West Zone in the Security Solutions division, covering the west region. This dynamic role involves driving revenue and profitability, leading channel development in the BFSI & NBFC sectors, and managing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities :

1. Achieving Sales and Profit Goals - Take full ownership of meeting sales targets and improving profitability across all product lines in the region.

2. Building and Managing Channel Partners - Develop strong relationships with distributors and partners, especially in the BFSI & NBFC sectors, to grow the business.

3. Driving Market Growth - Explore new business opportunities, run marketing activities, and expand the company's reach in both banking and non-banking sectors.

4. Leading and Supporting the Sales Team - Manage a team of sales professionals by guiding, motivating, and helping them perform well and grow in their roles.

5. Ensuring Smooth Operations - Keep a close eye on stock levels, reduce pending payments, and make sure all company policies and processes are followed properly.

Requirements :

1. Educational Qualification - Graduate in any discipline (a relevant postgraduate degree is a plus).

2. Work Experience - Around 18 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in BFSI and channel management.

3. Leadership Skills - Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage people effectively.

1. 4.Sales & Strategic Planning Skills - Strong understanding of sales processes, target planning, and market development strategies.

4. Customer & Result Orientation - Focused on delivering results while maintaining excellent customer relationships and service quality.
