Sales Lead/Sales Head - Young CEO MBA full time Must with Sales Background


Role Overview


We are looking for a highly driven Sales Leader with a strong background in solutioning and consultative selling within the TTLH and/or Telecom domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales today but is also ready to evolve into a strategic leadership position. The right candidate will be groomed and mentored to eventually take on a CXO/CEO-level role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from prospecting and pitching to closing and account growth.

- Build solution-driven proposals tailored to client needs in TTLH and Telecom.

- Develop and manage key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions with client outcomes.

- Create go-to-market strategies to expand the companys footprint in TTLH and Telecom.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, showcasing leadership capabilities.

- Work closely with the leadership team on strategic growth initiatives, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Key Requirements

- 10-15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing large/strategic deals.

- Strong solutioning and consultative selling background in TTLH and/or Telecom (mandatory).

- Experience working with CXO-level clients and building trusted relationships.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and scale new opportunities.

- Strong leadership potential ability to inspire teams, think strategically, and drive outcomes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Growth Path

This role is designed for a sales professional with leadership potential. The individual will be closely mentored and given exposure to business strategy, operations, and leadership forums, with a clear view to transitioning into a CXO/CEO position in the future.
