A fast-scaling B2B technology company in the fintech domain is looking to hire a Lead to drive sales for its vertical-focused SaaS products.
The role involves owning the full sales lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, and building strong client relationships across assigned segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned SaaS products, from prospecting to closure
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in coordination with relationship managers and channel partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and map solutions to client workflows and business needs
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
- Track and report key performance metrics including conversions, activation, usage, and revenue
- Provide structured market and client feedback to product teams for continuous enhancement
Requirements:
- 47 years of experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B sales
- Strong understanding of lead generation, SaaS pricing models, and onboarding processes
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with channel partners, financial institutions, or enterprise clients is a plus
- Self-driven professional with a growth mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
