Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive growth in the FMCG segment with a strong focus on rPET (recycled PET) solutions. The role will be responsible for developing key FMCG accounts, expanding market presence, and leading strategic sales initiatives across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive FMCG sales for rPET packaging solutions across key accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Build and manage relationships with large FMCG clients, brand owners, and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements in the FMCG and sustainable packaging space.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
