Key Responsibilities (Sales + Service)Sales Leadership- Own national sales strategy, planning & revenue growth.
- Drive aggressive annual sales & profitability targets.
- Strengthen dealer/distributor network across India.
- Lead key account management for enterprise customers (labs, pharma, research, diagnostics, industry).
- Build & mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
Service & Customer Support Leadership- Lead pan-India service operations: installation, maintenance, breakdown support, AMC renewals.
- Improve critical service KPIs: uptime, TAT, MTTR, customer satisfaction, NPS.
- Ensure service engineers are trained on new products & safety standards.
- Build a strong customer experience framework across touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Strategy
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance teams.
- Provide market insights & customer intelligence for new product strategy.
- Enable digital tools (CRM, service management, sales automation).
People Leadership- Lead & develop regional sales & service managers.
- Create a culture of performance, accountability & customer-first mindset.
- Manage a geographically dispersed team.
Ideal Candidate Profile- 12-16 years experience in Sales/Service leadership.
- Strong exposure to Laboratory Equipment, Analytical Instruments, Diagnostic Devices, Industrial/Process Equipment, Scientific Instruments.
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, business scaling & channel management.
- Experience handling pan-India teams & large enterprise customers.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation & leadership skills.
