Description: Sales Leader Global Capability Centres (GCCs)
Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Gurgaon
Reporting to: Global Head Clients & Markets
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth in the Global Capability Centre (GCC) segment across India. This leadership role combines strategic business development, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth across multiple service lines including Accounting, ESG, Technology Consulting, and Valuations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to or partnering with multinational GCCs, a deep understanding of the GCC ecosystem, and the ability to build trusted, executive-level relationships that lead to sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the GCC segment in India.
- Identify target accounts, prioritise industries, and map key decision-makers and influencers.
- Track market dynamics, emerging opportunities, and evolving client needs within the GCC ecosystem.
2. Sales Origination & Growth
- Drive new client acquisition across multiple service offerings.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
- Cross-sell and upsell solutions to expand wallet share within existing GCC relationships.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, CFOs, GCC Heads, and senior functional leaders.
- Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client priorities and positioning relevant solutions that create value.
4. Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with service line leaders to co-develop customized solutions for GCC clients.
- Work with marketing and leadership teams to design thought leadership initiatives, events, and campaigns targeted at the GCC community.
5. Sales Governance & Reporting
- Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance updates to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15 to 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or client leadership roles within consulting, professional services, or technology-led industries.
- Demonstrated success in selling to or managing relationships with multinational GCCs in India.
- Established network of senior decision-makers within the GCC ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles and strategic client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
