Role Overview:We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Leader to drive business growth within the Global In-house Center (GIC) / Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in new logo acquisition, account farming, and consultative sales within top-tier IT consulting firms. This role demands a strategic hunterfarmer mindset, deep CXO connects, and the ability to position differentiated solutions to global enterprises setting up or scaling their GCCs in India and other markets.
Key Responsibilities:New Logo Acquisition- Identify, engage, and win new GCC/GIC clients, targeting CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
- Develop tailored pitches and proposals aligned to client transformation and capability-building needs.
Account Farming & Growth- Expand business in existing logos through cross-sell and up-sell of services (Talent Solutions, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Managed Services, etc.).
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with client leadership teams, driving multi-year relationships.
Market Development & Strategy- Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for the GCC/GIC vertical.
- Track GCC market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to refine positioning.
Revenue & Pipeline Management:- Deliver on revenue targets through disciplined pipeline creation and conversion.
- Drive account governance, forecasting, and deal review cadence.
Leadership & Collaboration:- Work closely with delivery, HRBP, and practice teams to ensure high-quality execution of client mandates.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to organizational growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:- Experience: 12 to 18 years of sales and business development experience in top 20 global IT consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, EY, PwC, etc.).
- Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to GCC/GIC ecosystem, talent advisory, IT/ITES sales, and capability build-outs.
- Proven Track Record: Consistent success in acquiring new logos (minimum ticket size: multi-million USD deals). Demonstrated account farming and scaling capabilities with measurable revenue impact.
- CXO Relationships: Established network with CXOs, GCC leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong consultative selling, solutioning, executive communication, and negotiation abilities.
