Role Overview:

As a Sales Lead - Business Development, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, acquiring enterprise clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, aggregators, and last-mile players), and driving revenue growth through customized leasing and asset management solutions.

What You'll Do:

1. You will be interacting with CXOs in the EV sector ecosystem on a daily basis

2. Corporate/B2B business development. Sell Electrifi's offerings to target businesses (e.g. commercial fleets) and manage the sales funnel and the sales cycle end to end (prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals).

3. Crack new businesses / partnerships (e.g. OEMs and NBFCs). Ensure repeat business with existing set of partners.

4. Strong understanding and ability to negotiate on structured debt, term sheets, legal contracts and documentation.

5. Basic understanding to enable supporting credit risk analysis, risk mitigation, credit monitoring for existing partners on an ongoing basis.

6. 360-degree role involving cross functional collaboration in building SOPs, driving automation and new products structuring.

Qualifications /Skills:

1. MBA/CA from a premier B school.

2. 7-10 years of experience in a client facing relationship management / business development corporate sales role in the leasing OR financial services industry (asset leasing companies / banks / NBFC / rating agencies / venture debt firms / VC / PE firms).

3. Understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, due diligence etc.

4. Excellent stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external)

5. Superb communication and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to build, scale and improve processes

7. Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment

8. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, propose novel solutions, and solve complex challenges.
