Key Responsibilities:

- Establish the Ecommerce Sales Function: Build the vertical from the ground up, including structure, team, and processes.

- Account Management & Growth: Own relationships with digital commerce, ecommerce, and quick commerce clients to drive account expansion.

- Sales Funnel Management: Track and drive funnel performance aligned with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and revenue targets.

- Solution Selling: Deliver customized, multi-line business solutions to varied stakeholder groups within client organizations.

- Customer-Centric Strategy: Use data insights to identify customer pain points, enhance experience, and drive revenue growth.

- Internal Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.


Requirements:


- 57 years of experience in Sales/Account Management with clients in Ecommerce, Digital Commerce, or Quick Commerce domains.

- Proven ability to build and scale client relationships and deliver revenue growth.

- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong market understanding and knowledge of customer dynamics in the ecommerce industry.

- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to sales strategy and customer experience.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
