Role & responsibilities: - Will Act as HRBP for Sales Organization - Responsible for the end to end life cycle management of the sales employees and guiding HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc. - The HRBP shall work and partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results through KPI / goal setting, productivity analysis, R&R management etc. ROLE : - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment. - Customizing and monitoring an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness. - Coordinate for management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues. - Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. - Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices. - Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Assess skilling needs to apply and monitor learning and development programs - Oversee and manage performance management that drives high performance culture; - Enable the people Strategy that defines and execute all actions under the tenets of the Talent Management to achieve overall business objectives Preferred candidate profile: - Around 8-10 years experience in Sales HR role preferably for FMCG Company - Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willing to travel across the country to meet the Sales team.
