Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the NSM and sales leaders on workforce planning, hiring needs, and team structure.
- Support recruitment and onboarding for sales roles across relevant FMCG channels.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Help identify capability gaps and coordinate sales training and development.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career progression for sales employees.
- Track people metrics such as headcount, attrition, vacancies, and hiring progress; share insights with business leaders.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently across the sales organization.
- Support employee relations matters and resolve workplace concerns in coordination with the HR team.
- Work with the broader HR team to implement people initiatives aligned with sales priorities.
Candidate profile:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Experience supporting a sales team in the FMCG sector, with an understanding of its sales channels and operating environment.
- Prior experience in the same or a closely related Sales HRBP role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with sales leaders and field teams.
- Practical understanding of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Comfortable using people data to identify trends and support decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales teams.
