Job Description
1. Serve as the HR point of contact for the sales vertical, supporting teams across metro and non-metro locations.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
3. Design and implement incentive frameworks and performance management processes tailored to field teams.
4. Partner with zonal offices to ensure consistent employee experience and policy adherence.
5. Work closely with senior leadership on strategic people decisions.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional HR units to deliver outcomes with support of a team member.
7. Travel frequently to regional offices to maintain strong business connect and ground-level visibility.
The Successful Applicant
a) 6-10 years of experience in HRBP roles with exposure to sales or field teams.
b) Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground engagement.
c) Strong business orientation and ability to work independently.
d) Preference for candidates who can commit to a full-time, office-based schedule.
