For - Our Client - A Public Listed, prominent Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising and media enterprise in India. While it works with both Indian and international brands and has been recognized on global platforms, its operations and primary focus are within India. The company is based in Mumbai and has a network of 11 offices across India.

Sales HRBP - Bangalore

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Sales department for the South India, helping to align human resource strategies with business objectives. The candidate will address, support Performance management, Run Sales Incentives Process, Employee relations issues and collaborate with leadership to implement effective HR initiatives.

Qualifications :

MBA (HR) from leading Institute with 8 - 12 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with senior management.

- Experience in the sales industry is required.

Their Salary Budget is Approx. upto 22Lacs/pa

Responsibilities

. Will handle HR for Sales & Implementation teams for South India Offices

- Partner with sales management to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.

- Conduct performance evaluations and support talent development initiatives.

- Run Sales Incentives Schemes, Performance related Rewards, Retention plans

- Understand revenue to cost mapping

- Implement HR policies and procedures within the Sales department.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop action plans.

- Facilitate training and development programs for sales staff.

- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for the Sales team.
