BUILD A NEW FMCG BUSINESS VERTICAL!

We are hiring a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Head for the company to lead its new Snacks & Packaged Sweets business vertical.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for snacks and packaged sweets.

- Build the sales organisation from scratch, including recruitment, team structure, and reporting systems.

- Establish and expand distribution across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and emerging channels.

- Drive primary sales, secondary sales, distributor appointments, and retail expansion.

- Develop sales processes, MIS, performance tracking, and incentive structures.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve business objectives.

- Take complete ownership of business growth and report directly to the Managing Director.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- 15 - 20 years of FMCG sales experience, with deep, hands-on expertise in the snacks category.

- Proven track record of launching, building, or scaling a business or product category.

- Strong expertise in sales strategy, distribution development, and channel management.

- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business ownership and execution capabilities.
