About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head - RoW & Europe to drive international business growth across key markets. The role focuses on expanding client base, building strategic relationships, and leading revenue generation initiatives in the AEC domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development & revenue growth across RoW & Europe

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with global clients (EPCs, consultants, owners)

- Lead proposals, bidding, and contract negotiations

- Develop market entry & expansion strategies

- Build long-term client relationships and ensure retention

- Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery

- Represent the organization at international events and client meetings

Key Requirements

- 10-15 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (AEC industry)

- Strong understanding of BIM & AEC workflows

- Proven success in international markets (RoW/Europe preferred)

- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Background in Engineering/Architecture preferred

- Willingness to travel internationally
