Description: We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Head to lead one of our sales teams. This team has recently undergone a reshuffle and requires a strong leader to build momentum, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales across our township projects.
The ideal candidate is a motivator, a people person, and a strategic thinker with proven sales leadership. Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong sales management backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the assigned sales team to achieve targets and drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and existing customers.
- Oversee the full sales cycle for township projects and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Use the existing base of 2,000+ customers to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and management for events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and process discipline within the team.
- Represent the company in high-profile events, customer interactions, and partner meetings.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in Sales, with at least 35 years in a team leadership role.
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a mid-sized sales team.
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable relocating to Odisha (accommodation & car provided).
- Candidates from across India are welcome; preference for professionals originally from Odisha or willing to relocate.
