Role: Sales Head

Location: Mumbai (Thane) | PAN India Scope

Reporting To: CEO

About the Role:

A a tech-driven real estate sales and marketing platform (publicly listed on NSE Emerge) is looking for a mature, hands-on Sales Head to drive business growth across key metros - Pune, Hyderabad & Bangalore (Rs.50,000 Cr+ portfolio).

The role demands a strong strategic mindset, deep sales execution experience, and the ability to lead large, high-performance teams across multiple regions.

Key Requirements:

- 15-20 years of progressive sales leadership experience

- Proven record in scaling sales operations with P&L accountability

- Industry background: Real Estate (developer side) or Insurance (e.g., SBI Regional Sales)

- Candidates from brokerage backgrounds will not be considered

- Strong commercial acumen with revenue ownership (3%+ performance target)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the PAN India sales operations across major markets including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, team motivation, and performance management.

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across channels - online, offline, and partner networks.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets aligned with organizational objectives.

- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on planning, forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth segments to strengthen the brand's market presence.

- Monitor sales metrics, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates to ensure consistent performance and process efficiency.

- Leverage data-driven insights and CRM tools to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience.

- Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients to enhance brand positioning and trust.

- Represent the company in strategic forums and industry events to drive visibility and credibility in the real estate ecosystem.

Compensation:

Up to Rs.80LPA + Milestone Bonus & RSUs (can be discussed for the right candidate)

Note:

The position is based in Thane, Mumbai and will oversee PAN India operations. Candidates from other locations can apply, though there is no relocation policy.
