Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall residential sales function for the companys projects in Gurgaon and NCR region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team; ensure regular training, performance reviews, and goal alignment.
- Identify new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and corporate tie-ups to expand market reach.
- Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming residential projects.
- Drive customer acquisition and relationship management for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies in all sales and documentation processes.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
