Our startup is an innovation-driven company redefining the way individuals and businesses safeguard their most valuable possessions. Our Vaults Facility , is a state-of-the-art, high-security solution designed for both personal and corporate clients who demand the highest level of protection.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to spearhead our sales efforts, expand our presence in key markets, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Secure Vaults, driving revenue growth and increasing market share in gated communities and high-security storage sectors.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and close deals effectively.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with real estate developers, property managers, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, network actively, and generate leads to expand Aurm's footprint.

- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored storage solutions. Provide product demonstrations and security walk-throughs.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Track progress, forecast sales, and ensure client follow-up.

- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine strategies.

- Client Feedback & Product Improvement: Gather and relay customer insights to support product and service enhancements.

Requirements:

- Experience: 6-9 years in B2B or B2C sales (real estate, property tech, security services, or high-tech solutions preferred).

- Leadership: Proven track record in managing and growing a sales team.

- Client-Focused: Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and organizations.

- Consultative Selling: Strong solution-selling background, with the ability to present customized solutions.

- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with security systems, vaults, and IoT-enabled solutions.

- Sales Tools: Proficient in CRM systems and sales-tracking tools.

- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
