Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our Plant Nutrition vertical.
- The candidate will identify and acquire institutional clients in bio-tech, FMCG, and plantation sectors.
- They will drive B2B sales of biological agri-inputs (bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, and other biologicals) with a strong focus on sustainability, performance, and customer value.
- Responsibilities include building go-to-market strategy, managing key accounts, aligning with R&D/product teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks across India.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in biologicals, bio-fertilizers, or bio-stimulants
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in plant nutrition, agri-inputs, or biologicals
- Must have handled annual revenue of 5 to 10 Cr or more
- Demonstrated ability to build GTM strategy and sales operations from scratch
- Strong network with CXOs/decision-makers in fertilizer companies, agri-input distributors, FMCG buyers, or plantations
- Must be deal-closure oriented and commercially savvy
