Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and scale the modular furniture division. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record in driving enterprise and project-based sales across B2B and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth for the modular furniture division.

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving business targets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, architects, interior designers, and builders.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for large-scale commercial and residential furniture projects.

- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation to closure.

- Collaborate closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer insights.

- Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Ensure profitability through effective pricing, cost management, and sales forecasting.

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business networking forums.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 15-20 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the modular furniture/interiors industry.

- Proven experience in handling large-scale B2B and institutional clients.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Excellent understanding of design, materials, and installation processes related to furniture projects.

- Ability to strategize, execute, and scale business operations regionally and nationally.
