Job Description:
- Lead the modern trade channel for a global home appliance brand entering India, onboarding and managing national retail accounts and driving both sell-in and sell-out strategies. Build and scale partnerships, in-store activation, and a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out targets through strategic planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB) strategies, and impactful promotions.
- Own Terms of Trade (ToT) and Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts to ensure commercial success.
- Manage in-store activations, promoter teams, and experiential marketing to boost consumer conversion.
- Oversee account profitability, P&L, collections, and trade compliance.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team across geographies.
- Proven modern trade and key account management experience.
- Strong financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial, mobile (upto 10-15 days of travel), and ready to build from ground up.
- Tier 1 MBA Preferred
- Work in a high-growth, high-ownership environment with a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Build and Lead a national team, shape retail strategy, and make a visible impact from day one.
