Role Overview:
As India Sales Head, you will lead nationwide sales for the Organisation's lending-tech and credit decisioning platforms, with strong focus on enterprise BFSI clients including banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and card issuers. You will drive revenue, build strategic relationships in Mumbai's BFSI ecosystem, and scale partner-led growth channels across India.

Lending and credit technology adoption is accelerating across India, and this role drives enterprise deal flow, market penetration, and long-term revenue growth. You will influence how top BFSI clients adopt underwriting automation, decision engines, lending workflows, and fraud intelligence systems.
Sales Leadership:
- Own India-wide revenue targets and build market strategies for Tier 1, 2 & 3 regions.
- Lead Zonal Heads across North, South, East, West & Central India.
- Manage enterprise sales cycles including demos, PoCs, RFPs, and technical evaluations.
- Build deep CXO-level relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and credit card issues.
Lending Software & Credit Workflow Expertise:
- Drive sales for LOS, LMS, underwriting engines, bureau integrations, digital KYC, CKYC, VKYC & collections systems.
- Customize workflows for lending processes across India.
- Explain credit models, scoring, risk processes, and APIs to enterprise clients.
Mumbai BFSI Market Leadership:
- Engage with top BFSI institutions headquartered in Mumbai.
- Strengthen relations across Risk, Credit, Digital, CIO/CTO networks.
Partner Ecosystem & Channel Strategy:
- Build alliances with credit bureaus, KYC vendors, analytics partners & system integrators.
- Drive co-selling, GTM strategies, and partner-led revenue.
- Manage channel performance, incentives & enablement.
Regulatory & Compliance Understanding:
- Knowledge of RBI digital lending guidelines.
- Understanding of KYC, CKYC, VKYC, FLDG & PCI-DSS compliance.
Data-Driven Sales Execution:
- Track forecasting, pipeline, CRM hygiene & analytics.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across lending-tech ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong experience in BFSI technology sales, lending software, underwriting, credit decisioning or enterprise SAAS.
- Experience selling LOS/LMS, credit engines, scoring platforms, or card-tech systems.
- Strong relationships across Mumbai BFSI ecosystem.
- Strong experience in NBFC/Banking domain with enterprise software selling.
- Strong domain understanding of credit lifecycle, underwriting, KYC, bureau integrations & collections.
