Sales Head for leading IT SaaS Product company into language based Chatbots


Job Description : This position is for Government sales head based out of Delhi. The focus for this position will be to design and execute business strategy and manage a high performance team. It also requires to build on the government engagement and business acquisition at a national level. The role requires deep engagement with to functionaries in various ministries and departments, at the same time build and maintain strategic relationships with large SIs and consulting firms, who are active in this space.


Mandatory Skills :


- Designing and executing business strategies to drive year on year growth,


- Proven track record of year on year target achievement,


- Successfully forecast and drive achievement of revenues,


- Experience in anchoring and closing complex business deals,


- Hands-on experience in all procurement models prevalent in government,


- Proven negotiation expertise, Proven team management skills,


- Excellent tech understanding,


- Ability to lead from the front, Must have closed business in key ministries and States
