The Sales Head role will be responsible for leading the sales team and business to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and enhancing existing client partnerships. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the system integration market, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that align with client requirements
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of system integration services, including hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide technical insights and guidance to the sales team and clients to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions
Qualifications & skillset:
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, relevant technical certifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 20+ years in a senior sales and leadership role in system integration industry, with demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, methods, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed
