As the Sales Head, you will own the entire sales function, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth.
This senior leadership role requires strong strategic vision, people management skills, and a track record of delivering high-impact sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee the management of large, complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to optimize sales efforts and product positioning.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, tools, and team capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events and build a strong market presence.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and business reviews to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA or Bachelor's advanced degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in ISP/Telecom
- Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales and strategic client relationships.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and align teams around common goals
