Sales Head (HR SaaS Product)
Job Summary:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company goals and market trends.
- Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Identify potential market segments and develop targeted sales approaches for each.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales team members.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
Sales Execution:
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations, address customer concerns, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the HR SaaS product.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential customers to secure profitable deals.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify competitor landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay abreast of new features and updates to the SaaS product to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and manage customer retention strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales leadership roles (Mandate HRMS), exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Expertise in CRM tools and sales automation platforms to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
