Job Description:


- Any graduate or MBA with 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles in the FMCG(Food)/Food products industry.

- Experience in general trade / managing distributor-driven sales networks is highly desirable. Experience in setting up the general trade & distribution and high performing sales team.

- The Head of Sales - Besan will be responsible for building i.e. hiring, guiding and managing a high performing sales team, setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets, and ensuring the profitable utilization of plant capacity.

- This role is critical in developing a Pan India market presence, particularly in high-demand regions such as Gujarat (Saurashtra and the rest of Gujarat), Maharashtra, and other parts of India as needed.

- The Head of Sales will also appoint and manage key distributor relationships, oversee collections, and actively engage in field activities to ensure market feedback and quality issues are addressed promptly.
