Sales Head - GT & MT | Fast-Growing D2C Food & RTC Brand

We are partnering with a rapidly growing D2C brand in the food & RTC space to onboard a dynamic Sales Head to lead its national sales operations across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).

The brand's D2C business is scaling exponentially, and as it expands its footprint in GT & MT, this role becomes mission-critical for the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the national sales strategy covering General Trade, Modern Trade, and Distribution.

- Build, lead, and mentor regional sales teams to deliver consistent business growth.

- Drive expansion into new geographies and ensure effective market coverage.

- Manage and optimize distributor networks, including appointment, ROI analysis, and performance monitoring.

- Lead partnerships and negotiations with modern trade accounts - both local and national retail chains.

- Ensure execution excellence through strong trade marketing, visibility, and activation plans.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic inputs to management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure business alignment.

- Track competition and market movements to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

-10-15 years of FMCG sales experience (GT + MT exposure is essential)

- Proven track record with local & national retail chains

- Strong distributor management and territory expansion experience

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute independently

- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
