Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead FTL to drive new business acquisition, strategic account management, and revenue growth for our Full Truckload business. The ideal candidate must have strong industry understanding, hands-on experience in FTL sales, and the ability to scale business through enterprise and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive new customer acquisition for the FTL vertical across assigned regions.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping.

- Identify opportunities for lane expansion, dedicated fleet requirements, and contract logistics within the FTL segment.

Key Account Management

- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle - from lead generation to onboarding and long-term retention.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, supply chain heads, procurement leaders, and logistics managers in target industries.

- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and solutions teams to design customer-specific FTL solutions.

Pricing, Negotiation & Contracting

- Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with the pricing team.

- Drive commercial negotiations and close deals ensuring profitable business growth.

- Analyze pricing trends, freight indices, competitor movement, and customer budgets.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Track regional freight movement, customer buying patterns, seasonal demand, and competitive landscape.

- Identify industry verticals with high FTL demand (FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, Auto, Retail, E-commerce, etc.).

- Suggest new lanes, fleet configurations, and customer solutions based on market demand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with operations, ground teams, fleet partners, finance, and customer service to ensure service delivery.

- Ensure seamless coordination during deployment, route planning, onboarding, and billing.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Haves:


- 815 years of experience in logistics with strong exposure to FTL sales.

- Proven track record in enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.

- Knowledge of freight procurement, vehicle types, market dynamics, and route economics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
