Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and alternate channels.
- Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Drive revenue, volume, and profitability targets Pan India.
- Increase product penetration, market share, and distribution reach.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter strategies.
- Strengthen distributor and channel partner networks across all regions.
- Ensure effective route-to-market plans, coverage expansion, and demand generation.
- Manage key accounts, national chains, and institutional clients.
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage regional/state sales teams.
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor regional performance and execution.
- Ensure effective merchandising, visibility, and brand presence at POS.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, credit policies, and operational guidelines.
- Improve sales reporting, analytics, and MIS for informed decision-making.
- Drive CRM usage, automation, and digital sales tools adoption.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 10-15+ years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Products sales.
- Proven success in handling national-level sales or multi-region leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of GT/MT/E-commerce channels and distributor management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage diverse regional teams.
