Role Overview: - As the Sales Head Corporate, you will lead our efforts in selling LMS s innovative talent management and up skilling platform to mid-to-large corporations. - You will be responsible for generating business, building strategic relationships, and leading a growing sales team. - We are looking for someone with experience in selling LMS platforms or content products to corporates, with an established network among senior HR leaders, especially CHROs and L&D Heads. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the corporate sales strategy & targeting organizations with a 1000+ employee base. - Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate mid-to-high tier companies and secure long-term contracts. - Engage with senior HR and learning leaders to identify learning and development needs and present tailored solutions using our solution . - Collaborate with the product and leadership teams to refine the offering and ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development. - Act as a mentor for the sales team, setting a high bar for performance and client engagement. - Drive sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. - Identify new market opportunities, including expansion into GCC regions, and work towards scaling the sales efforts globally. - Meet and exceed sales targets while fostering relationships with L&D Heads and CHROs to maximize conversion and engagement. Qualifications & Experience: - 8+ years of Experience in corporate Sales. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally from a background of selling LMS platforms or content-based learning solutions like Coursera or Udemy to corporate clients. - Strong networking and relationship-building with senior HR and L&D professionals. - Ability to handle large sales cycles, focusing on high-value contracts and strategic corporate clients. - Proven track record of success in sales, particularly with mid-to-large enterprises (1000+ employees). - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Fast learner with a go-getter attitude, adaptable, and eager to drive results in a high-growth company. - Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and team leader.
