Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales operations of our consumer electronics division across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business goals.


- Drive revenue growth across all product categories and regions.


- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.


Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across Nigeria.


- Set clear KPIs and performance targets for regional sales managers and representatives.


- Conduct regular training and development programs.


Channel & Partner Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.


- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure optimal product placement and visibility.


- Expand channel network and optimize distribution coverage.


Market Development:


- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.


- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products effectively.


- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.


Reporting & Analysis:


- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.


- Analyze sales data to improve decision-making and strategy refinement.


Qualifications & Experience:


- MBA.


- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within consumer electronics


- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.


- Strong understanding of the Nigerian retail and distribution landscape.


- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.


- Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
