Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Head to lead business growth efforts for our consulting and AI-powered advisory services. In this leadership role, you will oversee the entire sales lifecycle-from prospecting to closing-while engaging with senior-level decision-makers across the U.S. market.
This position carries revenue targets and emphasizes a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals for U.S.-focused consulting initiatives
- Build relationships and engage with C-suite leaders in sectors like Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Strategy
- Promote premium consulting and data-driven advisory offerings customized to client requirements
- Take ownership of the full sales journey: prospecting, qualifying, creating proposals, pricing strategies, and closing deals
- Partner with internal consulting teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
- Maintain and report on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasting data
Preferred Background & Experience:
- 6-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Strategy or management consulting
- Advisory services powered by SaaS platforms
- Data analytics or insight-driven solution sales
- A strong record of closing deals with senior executives such as CEOs, CFOs, CSOs, or Managing Partners
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and value-based engagement
- Prior experience with the U.S. consulting market or PE/IB ecosystem is highly desirable
- Consistent track record of pipeline management and quota overachievement
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced offerings is a significant advantage

Educational Qualifications
